  • How can I make a booking?

    To save money, plan your trip in advance. You will receive an additional option for a cost-free choice of seat. You can contact our customer support line from 9:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 9:30 to 15:30 on weekends /+359 2 980 56 58/ or leave a message on our Facebook page and you will receive a confirmation from an operator.

  • What personal information is required to make a booking?

    • NAME AND SURNAME
    • AGE OF THE PASSENGER

    Our procedure of booking for you or your relative is simplified for your convenience – all you need is name, surname and age of the passenger to receive your special discount.

  • How can I make a payment?

    • ONLINE
    • EASYPAY office /with extended work hours/
    • In our ticket centre
    • By bank transfer

    It is important to know that in the active season the tickets that have been booked in advance must be paid within 7 days prior to departure in the Payment section. Otherwise, your booking is considered invalid and you will pay a standard price in case of available seats.

     

  • What are the advantages of online payment?

    You save time and money. After a successful transaction you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your ticket. We care about the environment and you don’t need to have your ticket in paper form. Don’t forget to check your luggage up to 30 minutes before your departure!

  • What documents do I need to travel?

    A valid ID.
    For children under 14 years - an international passport is mandatory.
    Unaccompanied minors under 18 must present a notarized declaration from their parent/s to indicate their right to travel abroad.

  • Are pets allowed on board?

    Your pets can travel with you on Tuesday and Thursday. Only dogs up to 9 kg /a muzzle is mandatory/ and cats in carriers are allowed.

  • Can I change the date of my ticket?

    Yes, only once in case:

    • You declare the change up to 24 hours before the trip;
    • No other changes of this booking have been made;
    • You pay a booking fee, according to the company rate but no more than 10 euro or the equal value in leva.
  • Can I transfer the ticket to another person?

    Your ticket is personalized and it cannot be used by another passenger.
