Customers can purchase tickets online or by visiting our offices in Bulgaria and Italy. A reservation for a bus seat can be made by a phone call to the ticket offices or directly to FLORENTIA BUS, both in Bulgaria and Italy.

The ticket must be paid within seven days prior to departure, otherwise the option of booking a bus seat is considered invalid.
